EPISODE 01 · 50:28

Bob Lazar

The man who tried to leak Area 51. The phone book that caught the lab lying. Element 115 — fourteen years before any laboratory could make it.

Listen & Watch

The Story

Bob Lazar walked into a KLAS-TV news studio in Las Vegas in May 1989 and described — under a thin pseudonym — a facility built into a mountain south of Groom Lake, nine recovered non-human craft, and a reactor running on a stable isotope of an element that did not exist on the periodic table yet. By November he was on camera with his real name and face. Within six months he was being arrested on a thin pandering charge. Twenty-eight years later the FBI raided his Michigan business two days before the most important interview of his life.

Every time we’ve checked his story against the historical record, the check has come back in his favor. The 1982 jet car newspaper. The phone book that caught Los Alamos lying. The 2003 Russian–American synthesis of element 115. The Alcubierre warp drive paper. The acknowledgment of Area 51 in 2013. The David Grusch testimony in 2023. This page documents every claim, every source, and every contradiction.

Where I Land

I believe him. The Los Alamos phone book exists. The 2003 element 115 synthesis happened. The Alcubierre paper exists. The 2017 raid happened. The Grusch testimony is on the public congressional record. The accumulation does not look like coincidence. The details that hold the story together are the wrong details for a fabricator to invent — the slanted hangar doors matching the mountain slope, the interior of the sport model too small for normal humans, the shoulder-shrugging supervisor reaction to the gravitational effect under the hovering craft. Liars invent the dramatic stuff. Bob invented the boring corroborating stuff. That’s how you tell.
